Using this site
This site provides information about the International LADR Workshop and the Journal of Legal Affairs and Dispute Resolution in Engineering and Construction, and accepts abstract submissions for the workshop. You may use it for those purposes. Automated scraping, bulk submission, and any attempt to interfere with the site’s operation are not permitted.
Submitting an abstract
By submitting an abstract you confirm that the work is your own (or that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of all named authors), that it has not been published elsewhere, and that the contact details you provide are accurate. Submitting an abstract does not guarantee acceptance, publication, or a place at the workshop, and does not register you to attend.
Accepted manuscripts are subject to ASCE’s publishing agreement and author guidelines, which apply from the point of manuscript submission in Editorial Manager.
Accuracy
We take care to keep dates, fees, and program information current, but details can change. Where this site and an official ASCE or host-institution communication differ, the official communication prevails.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the organizers accept no liability for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
