Registration for the workshop is handled by ASCE. The link to register will appear here when registration opens.

The opening date will be announced with the program. The link to ASCE's registration system will appear here. Abstract submission is separate and is open now: submit an abstract.
Fees
Registration fees for the next workshop will be announced with the program. For reference, the 2025 workshop in Leipzig used two tiers: a standard fee covering participation and up to two papers, and a higher fee for authors presenting three papers. Authors with more than three papers were asked to contact the organizers.
What is included
Registration covers participation in the full workshop program, coffee breaks and lunches during the workshop, and the welcome reception and conference dinner arranged by the host.
Refund policy
A graduated refund schedule applies before the workshop; the exact dates will be published with the registration details. Refunds are made net of processing fees, and no refunds are available after the final cut-off.
Payment
Payment is collected by ASCE through its registration system. This site does not process payments and never asks for card details.
